CURATING F&B FOR WORKERS & FUTURE GROWTH
B&P aimed to create an enhanced F&B offer that would engage the workers and the local CBD community.
B&P provided a detailed analysis of the future demand and projected growth of the area, plus the spending habits of workers and those within a 5 minute radius where fast-casual dining options were limited. With the strong worker market and potential to engage with visitors and residents, a curated mix of fast QSR style dining was developed.
OUTCOMES
- Masterplan strategy that proposed 3 new F&B tenancies that talk to preferences of workers in building – Kiosk, QSR & Hawker style restaurant.
- Increased seating by 30%.
