CoVID-19 REBOUND STRATEGY FOR F&B TENANTS

THIS IS NOT BUSINESS AS USUAL. THIS IS BUSINESS UNUSUAL.
OUR CUSTOMISED COVID-19 REBOUND PACKAGE WILL HELP NAVIGATE YOUR TENANTS FROM UNUSUAL TO SEMI NORMAL TO THE NEW NORMAL.

With states gearing up to relax social distancing restrictions, it is time to prepare F&B tenants to emerge from takeaway only or complete shutdown to re-pivot their business again as we move from “Business As Unusual” to “Business As Semi-Normal”.
This will involve tenants implementing new dining-in social distancing practices (which will likely vary from state to state) along with substituting lost sales from reduced dining capacity with better marketing and sales channels for takeaway and other experiences. For tenants negotiating percentage rent abatement, the package is an ideal support tool for lease negotiations to ensure there is a focus on sales growth.
B&P have collated a 45 minute Rebound Package including a checklist and best practice examples from at least 100 F&B retailers (and counting) on ways to re-emerge from the COVID-19 restrictions and grow multiple revenue streams including dine in, takeaway, delivery, complimentary retail and events, as well as manage dining-in with restricted guest numbers.
The 45 minute mentoring sessions to build an individual ACTION PLAN for each tenant are available Australia wide for $350 per tenant (+GST). B&P has collated a multitude of best practice examples of how Food Catering and Food Retail Speciality tenants can prepare their business to stay as connected and accessible to as many of your customers/students or commercial tenants as possible as the restrictions due to the CoVID-19 pandemic evolve. It isn’t always fancy or expensive ideas. This is about low cost, practical ideas to implement immediately.
After receiving a template email invitation letting the tenants know about this landlord backed initiative, tenants click on an embedded calendar link and select a time between 7am to 7pm Monday to Saturday that suits them to meet with a B&P F&B rebound expert. The tenant then receives a self-assessment checklist to complete in advance of their mentoring session.
In a 45 minute Zoom session one-on-one with your nominated tenants, a B&P food expert will provide the following “on point” demonstrable best practice examples and build a CoVID-19 REBOUND PLAN specific to each tenant to implement immediately.
On completion of the session, the tenant receives a full copy of the best practice presentation to support them in implementing further initiatives beyond those achieved/implemented in the mentoring session. The landlord receives a copy of the self-assessment checklist and the tenant’s action plan. For landlords that enrol > 5 tenants, B&P also provide precinct insights of the checklist and examples/case studies and success stories.

Each session is structured around the following CRITICAL FACTORS:

Brain & Poulter was absolutely fantastic for our cafe in turning around the tenant's attitude and refocusing the business. After the consultancy finished the tenant is now installing new menu boards and has re-positioned the business to suit the local area market.
