Concept Planning, Concept Design & Schematic Design Retail inputs into the $30M Bush Court Re-development

TASK
- Undertake a campus wide retail review with specific consideration to The Bush Court and Eastern Precinct Masterplan
- Undertake design review of new Bush Court building in relation to retail requirements
- Provide spatial and service requirements for new Bush Court development
- To assist the University with a decanting and pop up strategy
- To undertake a staff dining feasibility study

OUTCOMES
- A significant shift in the tenancy mix to amend major gaps that were causing leakage to the high street
- Re-location of certain uses to create sticker ‘student’ hubs and more accessible ‘staff’ hubs
- Broadening of student bar offer and interaction with adjacent retail to drive evening engagement
- Increases in rental yield
- Ensure that retail needs of all campus users are maintained during development
- B&P have been retained for procurement of operators through our specific track record of success in University F&B procurement
