Multi-Campus Retail Masterplan

TASKS

  • Undertake a retail review of 5 campuses with consideration given to the variations in size, location, demographic breakup and campus topography
  • To enhance overall campus engagement whilst improving satisfaction and profitability
  • Provide recommendations as to the optimum operating models and operators for each campus

OUTCOMES

  • Provided the university with a tenancy matrix blue print that would form the basis on any new lease negotiation to ensure the highest and best use cuisines were introduced to campus
  • Made recommendation to change the operating model on specific campuses to provide both an improved customer experience as well as increased financial return
  • Identified precincts on campus for further retail development
  • Our report also identified that providing well located and designed collaborative spaces drives retail visitation and increase satisfaction
  • Acknowledged the benefits that high street operators bring to campus
