Westfield National Fresh Food Strategy

TASK

B&P successfully renewed an annual fresh food consultancy agreement with Westfield from 2006 – 2010, which was performance based.

During this period B&P had to develop and roll out retailer based benchmarking, training and mentoring programs that specifically increased customer conversions and average spends in Westfield specialty food retailing tenancies

OUTCOME

B&P worked with 228 fresh food retailers across 38 centres during this period providing us with an unbeatable ability to determine the best practice store design and operating practice benchmarks for food retailing in Australia
