OUTCOME

Brain & Poulter helped Council to identify and decide how to develop and spread food between the Town Square, Waterfront and shopping centre to ensure various elements of the suburb were activated accordingly across different day parts to add value to the residential, commercial and tourism lifestyles of the various user groups.

A multi-storey community centre overlooking Canada Bay has been approved and DA submitted. The food and beverage component includes a 120 seat licensed restaurant, takeaway and 300m² multipurpose community function centre.
